Registration Procedures

We started using a new online registration system called CivicRec as of March 15,2023.   If you haven't created an account with CivicRec, you will need to in order to register for any program, camp or permit.  Click on link below.

Online Registration - CivicRec to register online and/or create an account.

School District residents only (those that do not pay their village taxes to Briarcliff but pay school district taxes to Briarcliff if you had children they would be attending BM schools) - Your account needs to be tagged as a school district resident in order for you to register for programming. Please make sure you create your account in advance of any of our registration start dates.

You can register online or registration forms can be submitted by mail, dropped off in person at the Recreation Office during regular business hours, or by utilizing our drop box (no cash please in the drop box). Village residents (VBMR) and Briarcliff Manor School District (BMSD) residents are eligible for all programs and services offered through the Recreation Department. Various Programs are available to Non-Residents (NONR).

Fees vary according to residency, and the following codes are used to indicate the appropriate fees for program participants:

  • VBMR = Village of Briarcliff Manor Residents
  • BMSD = Briarcliff Manor School District Residents
  • NONR - Non-Residents

The Recreation Department offers a number of programs and services for residents aged 60 and older. If you are interested in learning more about what the Village has to offer or would like to be placed on the Senior's emailing list, please email Stephanie Rossi or call 941-6129.

General Information

The Village of Briarcliff Manor is proud to provide a comprehensive year-round recreation program for our residents. Our service area includes those who reside within the corporate boundary of the Village and those who reside in the Briarcliff Manor School District. If at any time you have questions, concerns, suggestions for new programs, or ways to improve our existing programs, please do not hesitate to contact our office. We are eager to offer you the services that you desire and we are always open to your ideas!

We encourage residents to join our "Recreation News" email notification system, as new programs may be announced at any time! In addition to announcing new offerings, we use the system to keep you informed of such things as upcoming registration dates, deadlines, cancelation announcements, and community special events.
