How do I know in which town my property is located?

Briarcliff Manor is located in both the Towns of Ossining and Mount Pleasant. You can determine in which town your property is located in two ways: (1) You can either refer to your Town tax bill or (2) refer to the parcel identification number printed on your Village property tax bill. If the parcel identification number begins with a "4", your property is located in Ossining, and if the number begins with a "9", your property is located in Mount Pleasant.
