[ARCHIVED] Sanitation and Village Administrative Services Tuesday February 13

As the public is likely aware, there is a winter storm warning in effect from the National Weather Service. Currently 6 to 9 inches of snow is expected, although we've heard reports as low as 3, and as high as 12.

As of now, Sanitation services will continue as normal on Tuesday February 13th with the exception that all garbage must be left curbside no later than 6 AM. If there is going to be an alteration due to the weather, we will let the public know via Village wide communications early tomorrow morning.

Village Administrative Services will be available remotely beginning at 8 AM for Public Works, and 9 AM for all other services, except the Library which will make its own determination as to open in person/remote.

Administrative Staff will be available by phone and email until 3:30 PM (Public Works) and 4:30 PM (all others). The Public may reach Village personnel by calling the typical number (914-941-4800) to reach the relevant department. Staff will be unreachable from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM for their lunch hour.
