[ARCHIVED] Door-to-Door Lead Service Line Inspections Underway

Photo of Lead Service Line Personnel in high-res vests

As previously announced, our workers have begun door-to-door (1960 or earlier) knocking for lead service line inspections - think of this similar to how the census has been conducted. If your home needed to be inspected you likely received a postcard in the mail.

Our crews will be in the field Monday - Friday, typically working 830am - 430pm. On Thursdays and select other days throughout the summer and early fall, our crew will work as late as 7 pm. This work will be ongoing until no later than October 15th.

If you prefer to make an appointment rather than a knock at your door, you can email lead@briarcliffmanor.gov or 914-810-0749. Alternatively, you can complete the survey yourself by visiting https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/LeadVBM8

Below you will find a photo of the team so you're aware of those who will be completing a majority of the work in the field.
