From December 1, 2025 through March 31, 2026 the annual overnight parking ban will be in effect. The ban prohibits parking from 2:00 AM to 6:00 AM on any Village street, road or Municipal parking lot. Overnight parking at the Scarborough Railroad Station lot is prohibited from 3:00 AM to 6:00 AM. This ordinance is in place to allow our Department of Public Works to remove snow whenever it occurs during the Winter season. Violators will be fined.
